Executive Assistant — Minneapolis

We currently have an opportunity available for an Executive Assistant supporting the accounting department in our Downtown Minneapolis location. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Controller and other department managers within the accounting area. You will coordinate and manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, presentation preparations, phone management, along with other administrative duties.

Ryan is looking for self-motivated professionals with a minimum of two years administrative experience.  Exceptional organizational skills; demonstrated outstanding customer service abilities including excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy are a must!  The successful candidate will approach responsibilities with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Must be proficient with entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
