From site selection to managing the ins and outs of project sites before the start of construction, Ryan’s civil engineering team understands how to lay the groundwork for project success. Our team quickly identifies potential red flags before construction starts, maximizing the site value on every project. Working closely with our development and construction teams, our team coordinates all components of the civil scope from code research; obtaining city entitlement; stormwater and utility design; site sustainability; and coordination with surveying, traffic, geotech, environmental engineers and architects.
