Hunter Barrier
In 2012, Hunter established Ryan Companies’ South Central Region in Texas. In his tenure as president of the region he spearheaded Ryan’s expansion in Austin, Dallas and Houston, growing the team to 160 people and gaining Ryan recognition as a prominent developer and builder across all Texas markets. During the 2010s he led the region in the development and construction of $2.6B in office, industrial, retail, multifamily and senior living projects.
As Chairman of Ryan’s South Central Region, Hunter focuses on select large development projects in Texas and the surrounding markets. He also works closely with new and existing clients to ensure successful project delivery with exceptional quality, integrity and professionalism.
