With more than twenty years of driving sustainable growth, enriching and expanding company cultures, and leading organizations through complex periods of change to her credit, Keisha Duck brings an invaluable skillset to Ryan as Chief Human Resources Officer. The strategic bridge between our business strategy and the people who bring it to life, she is responsible for leading company-wide initiatives that center and grow Ryan’s unique culture, including succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, human resource information systems, learning and development, DEI, and compensation and benefits.

Keisha not only brings extensive experience in working with people and processes, but the technologies that support them to ensure everyone in the company not only shows up as authentically as possible, but as efficiently as possible. A collaborative leader who values holistic partnerships, it is Keisha’s mission to ensure we build on the best of where we’ve been to become the best we can be, to always do the right thing, at every level.
