Laura Graf
Known for bringing a practical perspective to solving problems while creating opportunities, Laura also brings more than two decades of real estate law experience to her role as Ryan’s Chief Legal Officer. As Chief Legal Officer, Laura oversees the legal affairs of the company, covering issues ranging from real estate development, environmental functions and construction law, to risk management and dispute resolution. Laura also provides counsel on Ryan’s overall business strategies and their implementation, along with compliance matters and corporate governance. Laura serves as a trusted advisor to members of our leadership team and the Board of Directors. She leads our legal, compliance, and risk management strategies and actions—with responsibility for developing and leading the corporate legal strategy. With her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Laura provides mentorship for a legal team with wide-ranging expertise all aspects of real estate development, construction, architecture and management.
