Matt brings substantial depth and breadth of understanding to his role as Vice President of Construction Operations, where he combines his natural gifts of team building, communication and collaboration to lead the construction planning and logistics for the Midwest. In his role, Matt’s responsibilities include identifying and implementing the best operations practices, foster a learning organization, implement processes and technologies, and establish standards to pave the best path towards success for clients and team members. Keeping stakeholders’ needs at the forefront of every decision, Matt also prioritizes fostering a healthy work culture where growth and learning is achieved through intentional mentorship and leadership.
