Tim Bauer
As Director of Project Development for Ryan’s industrial sector, Tim serves as the business development representative and new projects developer for manufacturing and distribution project types within Ryan’s design, build and development offerings. In his role, he is responsible for pursuit strategy, concept development, planning, crafting fee agreements, team development and project leadership, and his constant aim is to present the business solutions that make our customers more competitive in the marketplace.
With over 30 years of experience across diverse project types, but fundamentally focused on manufacturing and distribution, he has developed strong technical and communication skills that help facilitate successful projects. He is a trusted and respected leader and customers appreciate his integrity and focus on finding the right solutions through smart design and strategic real estate decisions. Tim enjoys the challenge of pursuing project opportunities with both new and current customers in a constantly changing market environment and collaborating with the members of his team to develop these opportunities into a highly efficient, functional, finished product.
