Overview
Bayer CropScience needed a new facility in less than ten months but didn’t want to sacrifice visibility, access or employee amenities. They also needed a partner to develop, design, construct and own the facility. Ryan’s broad spectrum of services and Dean Lakes Business Park offered the optimal solution –a perfectly aligned development and design team that could meet their schedule and provide an attractive site with easy access and high visibility, plus adjacent walking trails, restaurants and a hotel.
Ryan’s unified approach leveraged the collective insights of the teams and allowed for quick decisions and problem solving. The result was the completion of the 135,689-SF facility ahead of schedule. The new site, just across the highway from their existing facility, supported an easy transition for the close-knit Bayer team. The space includes general office, research and production areas in a collaborative, modern environment reflecting the company’s focus on innovation. It also offers social work areas and an expansive patio for Bayer employees to enjoy the outdoors.
