Overview

Project Overview

Centrally positioned in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, The Edition Residences is a collection of three boutique apartment buildings offering a chic and savvy urban lifestyle. Easily accessible by foot, skyway and public transit, the building is directly connected to a variety of retailers and the new four-acre public greenspace, The Commons. Previously home to the offices of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the neighborhood has been re-imagined as a newsworthy destination spot in a previously underserved area.

Edition’s amenities include skyway connections to the Minneapolis central business core and the new U.S. Bank Stadium, outdoor entertaining and relaxation areas, a club room and sky lounge, work-from-home spaces, 24/7 concierge service, a bike repair station and storage,  a guest suite and pet-friendly amenities, including an off-leash dog run and dog wash station.

  • Ryan's ability to pull together various partners, all with different interests and goals, was a remarkable feat in the EDITION/Downtown East project that required as much creativity as it did tenacity. As always, the project was delivered on time and was excellently executed—both crucial elements to our success as a management company.
Jennifer Gordon, Senior Vice President, The Excelsior Group
