Project Overview

In a strategic partnership with Grand Living Management, LLC that will include several senior living communities across the country, Ryan is developing, designing and constructing Grand Living Citrus Hills, a 165-unit, market-rate senior living community that includes independent living, assisted living and memory care units. Located at the entrance of Terra Vista at the Villages at Citrus Hills, the building is designed to accommodate Grand Living’s unique age-in-place approach, which allows residents to not only age within the same facility, but in many cases within the very same apartment unit.

From site selection to building design, the quest for a distinctive resident experience that would foster a strong sense of community led the way. Building amenities, which include four distinct dining venues, a performance theater, club room, an engaging wellness and spa area, outdoor pool, exercise studio, clinic for rotating medical providers and full-service salon, promote community and engagement within the building, while the development’s location within the distinctive and amenity-rich Terra Vista development promotes interaction with the surrounding area.

Encompassing nearly all of Ryan’s services—development, architecture + engineering, construction and capital markets—Grand Living Citrus Hills demonstrates Ryan’s uncommon commitment to producing world-class communities where seniors not only live, but thrive.

  • It was not just the building and real estate that made the difference, but the character and good intentions of the leadership that made it such an asset.
