From the food and beverage industries to biopharm, Sani-Matic leads the pack in innovating the products and equipment that help to automate sanitary cleaning processes. Sani-Matic works with customers directly to design, produce and test the machines and equipment that are configured to their sanitation needs.

Their new facility replaces two aging facilities and is designed to create a stronger brand, a more efficient building and an enhanced customer experience, in addition to providing space needed for R&D and manufacturing. The building on a 9.5-acre site will accommodate 67,500 square feet of production space, plus 25,000 square feet dedicated to office and areas for receiving customers. There are 165 parking spaces, 30 workstations for fabricating equipment, multiple testing areas, a blast booth, machine shop and training room, in addition to various process areas.

This design-build project was particularly MEP intensive, involving a lot of welding, underground power installation and extensive stainless-steel plumbing to accommodate the 180 degree-plus temperatures required for sanitizing equipment to kosher standards. Much of the equipment housed in the new facility was transported from the old facility and then coordinated and installed by Ryan.
