Second phase of an award winning two-phase office park
3133 Camelback compliments the phase-one-, 3131-Camelback-design. Similar large stair-step terraced balconies, tinted-glass exterior and beautiful landscaping blend the two office sites together to form a premier office park. Phase one of the business park consists of a four-story, 200,000-square-foot office building and an adjoining 833-space parking ramp that was completed by Ryan in 1998. Ryan was selected by DMB Associates as the design-builder on this phase of the project based on Ryan's successful execution of phase one.
