Boldt Park was the last remaining large-acreage parcel to be developed on the Interstate 55 corridor outside of Chicago. Due to the various industrial parks around this site, the City of Romeoville wanted to ensure the developer and builder of the site could provide the final steps needed to successfully integrate the park into the community. Ryan was able to provide complete development solutions including financing, legal counsel, environmental services, as well as the construction of a new road to reduce truck traffic through the community. Visibility and accessibility are key advantages Boldt Park is ideally suited for distribution centers and third-party logistic facilities.
