Cobblestone Lake

Neighborhood feedback has major impact
Anchored by SuperTarget, Cobblestone Lake is a 230,000-square-foot retail center which opened in March 2008, in the high-growth community of Apple Valley, Minnesota. Located at the northeast corner of Pilot Knob Road and 157th Street, Cobblestone Lake retail is a part of the 230-acre Cobblestone Lake mixed-use development featuring retail, residential and office components. The project offers excellent access and visibility from Pilot Knob Road, a main north-south arterial in southern Dakota County. Retail space from 1,200-9,600 available as well as pad locations for two sit-down restaurants. Additional retail space from 1,200-7,200 square feet is planned for Phase II.

Apple Valley's neighborhood residents were very active and involved in the Cobblestone Lake development. Ryan listened closely to suggestions and concerns to ensure the development met both the community and tenants' needs. The result is a unique and highly complementary retail center to the rest of Cobblestone Lake.
