Ryan brings public art to Clive, Iowa
Country Club Marketplace is a two-phased, retail development in Clive, Iowa, which includes two office and retail buildings. Phase I consists of Peoples Trust and Savings Bank which sits adjacent to a Walgreen's and to the first retail building which includes Z'mariks Noodle Café, Caribou Coffee and Massage Envy as anchor tenants. Phase II houses tenants that include Abella Salon, Shane's Rib Shack, Iowa Health, Red Rossa Napoli Pizza and Iowa Health Home Care. A 30-foot public art sculpture graces the entrance of Country Club Marketplace. Retired Buena Vista College professor Mac Hornecker designed the piece called Prairie Emergence.
