Even though Ryan was new to building in Florida, Graybar trusted Ryan's design-build process to meet Miami-Dade County's hurricane compliance while maintaining a fast-track schedule. Ryan kicked off the project with a partnering meeting with local subcontractors to ensure everyone on the project was working toward a common goal. Ryan was able to deliver the project on schedule, establish great relationships with Miami-Dade County officials through the permitting and municipal process, and build a fully compliant building with the same attention to customer satisfaction that Graybar has come to depend upon.

Founded in 1869 as Gray & Barton, Graybar Electric is an international, employee-owned, independent wholesale distributor of electrical and comm/data products including GE lighting, Square D electrical, and Lucent Technologies products.
