Isle of Capri Bettendorf

Hotel, parking ramp, Marina and bridge integration Ryan was selected as the design-builder for the Lady Luck Casino Hotel and the Bettendorf State Street Landing projects. Included in the Bettendorf project was a 2-level, 500-car parking ramp, a 900-foot bridge, and a 40-slip marina. The bridge was needed to connect the State Street Landing site with downtown Bettendorf. The 256-room, 8-story Isle of Capri Hotel contains a 350-seat restaurant and is connected to the existing river boat casino via a third floor skyway. Lady Luck Gaming Corporation developed this river boat casino project which was sold to Isle of Capri Casinos in 2000. Currently, Ryan is designing and constructing an additional level on the casino?s existing parking ramp as well as a new hotel.
