Ryan, working in concert with Deere & Company and a dedicated Renew Moline city organization, redeveloped a large-scale historic riverfront section of downtown Moline, Illinois. hospitality, office and retail areas Included in the waterfront redevelopment project was a Deere & Company office building housing their health care division, a John Deere Pavilion exhibition center, a T.G.I. Friday's restaurant and the Radisson Hotel. This six-story hotel, with its expansive lawn, benches and walkways, is helping Moline tap into the convention market. The hotel is connected to T.G.I. Friday's which provides hotel guests with room service and outdoor dining along the riverfront.
