Since 1966 when the fourth Target store was built in Bloomington, Minnesota, Ryan has been a trusted Target Business Partner. Since that time, Target Corporation has grown to be a major retailer with stores located nationwide. As Target has grown, they have continued a successful relationship with Ryan that has also included building office and industrial facilities in addition to their stores. Target also entrusted Ryan to build their 1.2-million square-foot, 32-story corporate headquarters, the 200,000 square-foot Target Financial Services campus, a 300,000 square-foot office campus and mission critical facility, and various regional distribution centers throughout the country. With a strong performance record of success, Ryan has built a lasting relationship with Target Corporation that continues today in new markets and regions around the country.
