The Hartford saw the benefits of single-source accountability and the strong team communication that Ryan could deliver. Ryan provided governmental negotiation, project financing, design-build and property management services. Public infrastructure improvement, design and construction were also a component for The Hartford facility. The 9-acre site is located at the front entrance of the premier 100-acre business park in Santee, California. The business park also serves as a hub to the San Diego mass transit system and provides exceptional employee transit alternatives.

As a primary call center for The Hartford, special infrastructure is designed to help reduce data and physical losses if a critical event such as a fire or earthquake occurs.
