Ryan and Toro have partnered again 

Ryan and Toro have collaborated on a number of projects over the past 20-plus years. When Toro decided to construct a new distribution center for its commercial turf division, Toro chose Ryan through a competitive process and selected the company for its single-source approach. Ryan provided a fully-integrated development, architecture & engineering, construction and capital markets solution to deliver this 354,192-square-foot distribution hub. Shortly after Toro selected Ryan, the development team immediately began working with state and federal officials on wetland mitigation and highway accessibility, two site issues that were critical to the project’s success.

The Ryan team used building information modeling (BIM) to execute the entire project. The Toro project specifically included clash detection for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and real-time estimating. All office and field personnel were able to access and review the model and coordinate activities accordingly.
