The Towers at Bressi Ranch

Ryan is bringing LEED to Carlsbad
The Towers at Bressi Ranch is not only the first major development for Ryan's San Diego office, but it is Ryan's first LEED-certified development project. The Tower sits on 20 acres within Bressi Ranch Corporate Center, a 132-acre, campus-style, mixed-use business park in Carlsbad, California. Ryan is currently building the second building in the two-phased project, which is conveniently situated at the main entrance of Bressi Ranch on Innovation Way and Palomar Airport Road. The Towers includes 280,000 square feet of industrial/flex condos and stand-alone office condos ranging from 1,800-5,000 square feet. These office condos will cater to small entrepreneurial businesses and to large corporations with satellite offices looking for owner/user opportunities.
