It was our focus on building positive relationships with our customers and earning repeat business from them that brought us to the southwestern part of the United States in the early 1990s. Ryan Companies US, Inc. opened its Arizona office in 1994 in Phoenix with just three employees in order to complete work on four stores for Target, which was expanding its presence in Arizona. The small Phoenix-based team coordinated the construction of two stores in Tucson, one in Flagstaff and one in Phoenix.
