After rooting successfully in Phoenix, the clear direction for Ryan was to keep moving west, and to bring the Ryan difference to California. Because of Ryan’s long history of proven delivery methodology, we felt confident we were up to the challenge to deliver coast to coast.
The California team is has completed the first phases of two landmark projects, both LEED: The Towers at Bressi Ranch in Carlsbad and RiverView at Santee. Because the state, its regulations, and its people are highly environmentally-conscious, Ryan has responded with 100% of its California project managers achieving LEED accreditation. We’ve become well-versed in navigating the protected waters of the environmental and development process and, beyond that, we inherently believe in being good neighbors as well as good real estate partners.
