This 380-acre business park is the first Ryan development project in the area. The image shown above is one of the first two buildings to be constructed.

Robb & Stucky, Fort Myers, FL

Ryan provided all the architectural, mechanical and plumbing design in addition to development and construction for this 230,000 square-foot facility.

Gander Mountain, Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Ryan's Chicago office led the reconstruction effort on this exclusive resort. One of our project managers liked Florida so much, he joined the new Tampa office.

Adhering to Ryan’s other expansions, the Southeast region had also built projects in the area including distribution centers for Target, Robb & Stucky, Graybar Electric and a hurricane restoration project for South Seas Resort on Captiva Island. 

Ryan selected Tampa because the business environment has much in common with the Midwest. Another reason is Tampa’s continued growth, with more than 1,000 people per day moving to the state. Tampa has welcomed the Ryan organization and our philosophy of doing business, particularly Ryan’s integrated development/design-build/real estate management delivery as well as our standard of service.
