Story Continued

Our first official projects were two SuperTargets in Cape Coral and West Tampa. While continuing to build for Target in the Southeast, we are currently building for Gander Mountain and Northern Tool. Ryan also has two major development projects underway including a LEED class “A” office building at Telecom Park in Temple Terrace, and South Shore Corporate Park, an ambitious 4.5 million-square-foot corporate and industrial park located just south of Tampa. The first phase of South Shore Corporate Park, 2 million square feet, is currently underway.

In addition to establishing Ryan a design-build and developer, we are establishing ourselves as good corporate citizens, another Ryan tradition. Our Tampa employees are frequent volunteers and board members, contributing financial resources and time to community schools, city boards and commissions, and local environmental, human services and arts organizations. In addition to corporate donations, Ryan actively participates in giving campaigns for Metropolitan Ministries, Ronald McDonald House, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and the United Way.
