PHOENIX (December 28, 2004) – Ryan Companies, one of the Valley’s largest developers of commercial and office projects, is starting construction on a 136,291 square foot, multi-tenant office building in the Desert Ridge Corporate Center, at the intersection of Tatum and the 101 Freeway. The 4-story Class "A" office building is the first of four phases Ryan plans to build on the 32-acre site. The project was designed by RSP Architects to accommodate a variety of tenants. The building is scheduled for completion in September 2005.

“The Desert Ridge Corporate Center is in a premiere location, with great access and visibility in the rapidly growing North Phoenix location,” said Todd Holzer, vice president of Ryan Companies’ Southwest operation. Ryan recently completed construction of the Desert Ridge Medical Center Phase I in the same development.

Craig Coppola and Bill Blake of Lee & Associates are representing Ryan in the leasing of the building.
