Ryan Companies US, Inc. Sells Frederick’s of Hollywood Distribution Center at Cotton Center to Wilson Properties

PHOENIX (January 17, 2006) – a 210,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial building that is home to The Frederick’s of Hollywood distribution center at the South Phoenix Cotton Center on 40th Street and Roeser has been sold by original developer and property manager Ryan Companies US, Inc., to Wilson Properties.
The structure contains 140,000 square feet of warehouse space and features a 2-story mezzanine in the office space that fills the remaining 70,000 square feet. Frederick’s of Hollywood occupies over 140,000 square feet of the building. The selling price of the project was over $12,250,000.
