at Papago Buttes
We do things just a little differently around here. See how we build relationships that last.
PHOENIX (May 22, 2006) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., one of the Valley’s largest developers of commercial and office projects, has announced that it will begin Phase III of a multi-tenant office campus at Papago Buttes on Washington & Priest in Tempe. The third phase is slated to begin in August 2006, and will be completed for client Principal Financial within 12 months, bringing the entire Papago Buttes campus to over ½ million square feet of office space.
The 4-story, 104,000 square-foot (95,000 rentable) building will be integrated into the existing campus environment previously developed by Ryan Companies, featuring a steel structure with integral pre-cast exterior and high performance glazing system. The office building will include an exterior patio with water feature and landscaped walks to shared Phase I & II amenities such as the parking deck and outdoor atrium.
“We had a first-class experience working with Ryan Companies to design-build the previous two phases of this campus, and we are excited to be working with them again on the 3 rd phase,” said Ernie Vitucci, Director of Building Services.
Shell architecture on the project will be designed by SmithGroup. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the project, while Metro Commercial Properties is serving as the developer for Principal Financial. Prospective tenant should contact Ryan Foley at rfoley@mcpaz.com.
