PHOENIX (July 24, 2006) – Ryan Companies US, Inc., one of the largest developers of commercial and office projects in the Valley, announced today that it has completed office improvements for its client Humana, Inc. at the Desert Ridge Corporate Center.

Ryan Companies, which is developing approximately 680,000 square feet of commercial space in eight buildings with the Desert Ridge business park, worked closely with Humana, Inc. and architect Pinnacle Design, Inc. to customize the 41,750 SF Class A Office Suite for Humana’s needs in an extremely compressed schedule of 4 months.
