United Healthcare Systems Signs Seven-Year Lease

Ryan Companies US, Inc. helps United healthcare systems meet space needs

MINNEAPOLIS, February 15, 2007 — Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced that United Healthcare Systems (UHS) has signed a seven-year lease agreement for space at One MarketPointe in Bloomington, MN. The lease, brokered through Brian Helmken, CB Richard Ellis, covers more than 70,000 square feet in the building, effectively filling the building’s occupancy to capacity.

“This is a great location for UHS, one that will serve the company’s employees and customers very well,” said Jeff Steinke, Director of Management, Ryan Companies US, Inc. “We strive to provide our customers with the best property management services possible, so it was important that we work with UHS to best identify and accommodate their space needs.” The UHS space, designed by RSP Architects and built by Ryan, will be ready for occupancy on June 1. Built in 2000, One MarketPointe features a central location near the intersection of I-494 and France Avenue and offers a number of onsite amenities, including a deli, fitness center, outdoor patio and a free parking facility.
