MINNEAPOLIS (March 30, 2009) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced it has hired Andrew Finn as director of capital markets. Finn, a Minnesota native, is returning to his home state after six years of real estate experience in New York analyzing complex real estate transactions and pursuing value-added acquisitions.
“Finn’s New York real estate experience is unique in the Twin Cities market,” said Pat Ryan, president, Ryan Companies US, Inc.” He has a strong capital markets/real estate network throughout the country and his expertise and passion for making new relationships/partnerships happen is an ideal fit for the way Ryan does business.”
As director of capital markets, Finn is responsible for acquisitions, raising capital, financing and selling Ryan-developed projects.
“Ryan has established its name through many years of delivering on its promises to customers,” said Finn. “I’m proud to be on the front lines of this dynamic company, cultivating the kind of relationships Ryan has been so successful at building for more than 70 years.”
Finn most recently worked as the assistant vice president of acquisitions at L&L Holding Company, LLC, an owner of class “A” properties in New York City. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University.
“We’re excited to have Andy on board to help us in these capital-constrained times,” said Dan Levitt, vice president, Ryan Companies US, Inc. “His skills and drive will allow us to identify more opportunities to assist our customers with their immediate and long-term real estate/asset needs.”
