MINNEAPOLIS (November 16, 2010) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. recently signed a lease with Rasmussen College for its Two MarketPointe office development in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Rasmussen College signed a lease for the building which will be used to replace its existing campus in Eden Prairie.  The space will include state-of-the-art classroom laboratories, multimedia design labs, computer labs, and expanded space for student services and resources.  The campus will host  Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree programs in the most sought-after fields.  Ryan will design and construct the Rasmussen College space.

Ryan’s relationship with Rasmussen College has expanded to projects across the country, including a new campus build-to-suit for lease project in Blaine, MN; a new campus build-to-suit for lease project in Pasco  County, Florida; a corporate office tenant improvement project in the Chicago area; and design of its offices at the Normandale Lake Office Park in Bloomington.  The Ryan Companies service structure for Rasmussen College features Ryan’s Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach, which weaves together development, design, construction, and finance services to deliver a user-driven project solution.  The design and construction services also leverage Ryan’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities. 

With the addition of Rasmussen College, occupancy of Two MarketPointe will be 72%.  The building was pre-certified LEED Gold and is noted for its underfloor air delivery system (UFAD) and floor-to-ceiling glass.  Ryan Companies US, Inc. designed, constructed and owns the building.
