MINNEAPOLIS (April 21, 2011) – Ryan Companies US, Inc. recently signed a lease amendment with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) to expand their leased space at its Two MarketPointe office development in Bloomington, Minnesota. CBRE will expand to the 8th floor of Two MarketPointe increasing their total leased space to over 100,000 square feet in the building.
