What will Ryan Cos. US Inc. look like in the future? Pat Ryan shared some of the company’s long-term vision.
Pat Ryan and Tim Gray (and Jim Ryan before his death) led Ryan Cos. for decades and were called “The Boys” by Fran and Russ Ryan, the second-generation leaders.
The next generation is called the 4Gers (fourth generation) and these four could be in line to take over the company some day.
- Mike Ryan, president of Ryan Architecture + Engineering (Pat’s son)
- Molly Carson, vice president of development for the Southwest region (Jim’s daughter)
- Tim Ryan, project manager, Ryan’s Seattle office (Jim’s son)
- Sean Ryan, project manager, works for Ryan in Rochester (Jim’s son)
