Bob holds over three and a half decades of commercial real estate experience and more than 30 years with Ryan, playing an instrumental role in the growth and evolution of the company. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for strategic and operational leadership among the architecture + engineering, construction & real estate management services in the Eastern Division. Bob partners with fellow leaders to define and establish best practices for an engaged and thorough integrated approach that translates into superior results for customers. In addition, he streamlines efficiencies and effectiveness among teams and across services; consults, right-sizes and allocates resources for projects; facilitates cross-divisional training and innovation discoveries; and manages end-to-end communication between customers and teams. A dynamic member and leader of industry trade associations, Bob believes it is important to stay ahead of the competition, keeping his eye on key developments in the division and top trends. He is highly respected for his leadership and support of Ryan’s culture and steadfast commitment to strengthening customer satisfaction.
