With nearly 30 years of business development and construction management experience, Bob has contributed to projects totaling more than 25 million square feet. As Vice President of Food & Beverage, Industrial, Bob specializes in food and beverage manufacturing and processing, e-commerce, and pharmaceutical distribution facilities, focusing on developing long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, key vendors and industry organizations. He has deep knowledge of every aspect of a project, including land acquisition, due diligence, conceptual design, estimating, design-build and building commissioning. Known for his ability to connect with clients and build trust amongst the team, Bob is considered the “go-to-guy” for his clients and is committed to the success of each project.
