Cam brings over 25 years of property management experience in commercial real estate, with particular expertise in office product types. She has extensive experience with lease negotiations, staff development, operations involving sustainable practices, LEED Certification, and renovation and construction projects. As Director of Management, Cam is responsible for assisting with team and property performance, building customer relationships and implementing strategic plans for Ryan’s Real Estate Management team. She is well respected for being an effective, dependable leader and collaborative team player with a strong ability to consistently translate customer goals into business plans. She has a proven track record of performance and success in cultivating relationships, building teams and implementing projects.
