Collin Barr is a seasoned professional with more than three decades of experience within the commercial real estate industry. In his role as President of the Southern Division, Collin oversees all operations and strategic initiatives across the company’s Southwest, South Central and Southeast regions. He also provides valuable executive oversight to Ryan’s National Build-to-Suit and Retail sectors, helping guide our team towards successful results through highly innovative and integrated commercial property solutions tailored to client goals.

Ensuring a seamless project delivery process that allows communities, clients and investors to thrive, Collin emphasizes consistent follow-through and excellent customer service. As a member of Ryan’s management team and executive leadership team, he is focused on the success of Ryan’s integrated platform, driving strategy and growth, identifying and developing key talent, and broadening Ryan’s geographical reach.
