As the Director of Asset Management, Corey combines analytics and development to lead all asset management responsibilities for Ryan’s senior living portfolio. In his role, he identifies ways to reduce operation expenses while managing lease/contract negotiations, budget preparation and portfolio valuation.
Corey adds significant value to his role thanks to his wide range of expertise in accounting, financial reporting, auditing and financial analysis. Prior to working at Ryan, Corey earned his Certified Public Accountant license. His experience in strategy, business analytics and federal tax compliances within the real estate industry provide Corey with a well-rounded perspective to make sound, confident decisions that create welcoming communities for seniors to call home.
Along with proficiencies in numerical data and financials, Corey also has a gift of connecting with others. He is not just a “numbers guy;” he is a people person with a naturally empathetic nature and ability to listen and lead with candor and confidence.
