His extensive experience managing high-profile, complex projects domestically and internationally allows him to create innovative, mission-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Domingos is responsible for leading and mentoring the design team while fostering collaboration across various sectors to enhance business development and project execution. This includes overseeing financial performance, ensuring project delivery meets expectations, and aligning design efforts with sustainability goals and community impact. Additionally, Domingos establishes strategic initiatives, builds key relationships with stakeholders, and actively participates in leadership meetings to best support our clients and achieve long-term objectives.
