Eric Anderson
Eric is a dynamic leader with a wide range of development experience, specializing in senior living. As Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development, Senior Living for the North Region, Eric leads the pursuit of senior living development and construction projects in the Upper Midwest. He is responsible for site selection and land acquisition, design and construction coordination, financial packaging and partnering with senior living operators. With extensive market knowledge, Eric has developed over 800 units of senior rental communities since joining Ryan in 2012.
