With more than two decades of development and capital markets experience—which includes the founding his own real estate development and investment company—Eric has garnered an expansive understanding of the industry, market trends and varying economic waves of commercial real estate. He leverages this understanding into a finely tuned ability to lead the region in successful growth, insightful strategy and strong, collaborative client relationships.
Eric’s role is both people-centric and client-focused as he aligns the region with Ryan’s overarching company goals and values. Prioritizing transparency and connection, Eric is a champion of culture, sharing the lessons he’s learned from his robust history in development to help mentor the next generation and inspire a positive work culture where team members feel empowered to be themselves, grow and excel in their work.
