Evan Kaseguma
Bringing over 15 years of real estate experience to Ryan, Evan serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development for our multifamily and office platforms. In his role, he leads the charge to expand our investments and developments within our Pacific Northwest portfolio. Evan holds a wide range of industry knowledge gleaned from past roles in development, investment and asset management. Based in our Seattle office, he provides overall leadership to project teams through all aspects of development, including site selection, lease and sale negotiations. He also oversees all due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination. By gaining a well-rounded perspective of the real estate industry, Evan has developed a strategic mindset anchored by a core belief that tenants create the value in commercial real estate. Humble, honest and committed, he enjoys the variety of the work and the numerous opportunities to navigate the challenge of sourcing deals. Evan is a dedicated team player who is focused on delivering exceptional results with integrity, approaching each project with a client-first approach.
