Gil Gonzalez
As Vice President of Development for Multifamily, Gil brings more than two decades of industry experience in site selection, deal structuring, deal negotiating, entitlements and pipeline management in the mixed-use and multifamily space. An innovative and highly collaborative leader, Gil balances the big picture and the smallest details as he engages teams and partners across all aspects of the development process to help bring Ryan’s multifamily clients’ visions to light. His in-depth understanding of the multifamily industry is rooted in his background in Southern California, where his project work totaled more than $1.3 billion and included approximately 2,450 apartment units and 127,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. From initial strategy to final touches, Gil’s leadership, teamwork, and outside-the-box approach ensures that his multifamily clients develop the places where people live, work and play according to their unique aspirations.
