He is especially proficient in project bids and negotiations, ensuring each development meets financial forecasts and client goals. He is adept at anticipating and creating strategic opportunities, and his strong analytical and problem-solving abilities position him as a trustworthy, reliable leader.
In his role, Hank also assists in the creation and implementation of project budgets. He consistently works to bridge the gaps between leasing, tenant improvement, completion and occupancy, while also collaborating with real estate management leaders to develop effective business plans.
