With nearly two decades of project management experience spanning his real estate industry resume, Jason’s specialties are specifically grounded within the mission critical sector. He takes a process driven approach to these projects to produce predictable results. His knowledge and expertise within this dynamic and complex sector bring a toolbox of valuable skillsets to each project, including experience in data center preconstruction and construction, live data center upgrades and overall mission critical project management.
Jason’s diligence and dedication to each task throughout the process provides a comprehensive transparent approach to ensure the completion of essential project milestones. He is well-versed in workflow processes to maintain momentum and achieve results, including design management, estimation, scheduling, planning, procurement and the coordination of project startup and commissioning efforts. As a leader and team member, Jason has an eye for maximizing the potential in both people and processes, helping establish efficiencies, identify flexible and reliable solutions, and propel each project from good to great, exceeding client expectations.
