As president of Ryan’s Western Division, Jim harnesses his passion for the industry and his wealth of experience to play a pivotal leadership role in the company’s growth and success. With a robust company history that spans over two decades, Jim is dedicated to aligning company vision with client priorities. He uses a proactive approach to identify steps and secure resources to help clients reach their goals.
Jim oversees the strategic planning and execution of projects across the Northwest Region, West Region and Great Lakes Region. He is also responsible for overseeing the company’s Healthcare sector. He brings a strong leadership presence to region and sector teams, using his interpersonal skills to guide colleagues and clients through complex challenges, while also ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
With a background in mathematics and construction management, Jim marries his technical mind for numbers with a people-centric approach to foster a healthy work environment that delivers successful results for clients. His expertise in project management and his ability to navigate regulatory and environmental considerations have been instrumental in the company's ability to deliver high-quality developments.
