For more than a decade in the commercial real estate field, he has refined his skillset in financial underwriting, relationship building and deal execution to identify compelling projects and produce outstanding results for clients and partners alike.
As Director of Real Estate Development, John Paul leads efforts to identify and entitle land for development, as well as secure equity and debt. He’s also responsible for leasing the project to stabilization and executing the project sale or securing long-term financing. An active leader dedicated to creating a healthy culture of collaboration and communication, he combines high energy, team spirit and fun with a keen attention to detail, seasoned expertise and stalwart integrity.
