Julie Ferguson
Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, Julie brings decades of experience to the position of Executive Vice President of Senior Living. She is responsible for leading Ryan’s senior living practice and strategy execution on a national level. Having worked as a financial and market analyst and acquisitions specialist, as well as providing operational due diligence in takeovers, development, capital and asset management, Julie draws on her wide-range of expertise to balance competing priorities and provide strategic, operational and managerial leadership. During her career, Julie has developed and acquired over $655 million of senior living communities and participated in raising and deploying a $112 million multi-asset private equity fund. Determined, goal-oriented, analytical—and widely respected for following through on commitments—she focuses on providing support and direction to team members across multiple disciplines and geographic areas, while enhancing value and profitability for customers. Julie is motivated by developing thoughtful environments that strengthen communal bonds, and she finds it extremely satisfying to see and meet the people who live and work in the settings she helps create.
